Very practical and experiential in nature, there are no formal entry qualifications or specific previous experience required. However all prospective participants will be interviewed and will be expected to provide references.

Previous participants have included HR managers, social workers, business owners, politicians, teachers, youth workers, counsellors, complimentary therapists, psychotherapists, mental health workers, local government managers, to name just a few. We are also very proud to have welcomed trained hypnotherapists and NLP practitioners on to the program. People who have heard that our courses are the best and who decide to take our training even when they already have “qualifications” from other organisations.
