
Acceptance on to a course is at the discretion of the course director. No reason for non acceptance needs to be provided. Prospective participants will be expected to attend an interview and provide character references.
Payment is for training and does not automatically guarantee certification as a clinical hypnotherapy/ NLP practitioner graduate of the course. Certification does not involve any additional fees but is subject to satisfactory completion of all elements of the course including personal study as deemed appropriate.
Individual therapy / coaching needs The course is primarily for training. Therefore you are strongly encouraged to attend to any identified coaching or therapy requirements you may have, outside of the course. Course tutors do not see course participants as clients. They can if requested, recommendation suitably qualified and experienced practitioners. It is important to recognise that ‘being a client’ can be as much a part of your professional development and progress as studying. (The “do not sell what you would not buy” principle.)
Assessment Process participants will be continuously monitored and assessed during the course. Participants are required to undertake personal study between modules and to provide evidence of such. Hypnotherapy and NLP involve both science and art. Therefore, participants are encouraged to develop their own unique style whilst adhering to the core methods and ethics of a well structured session.
Pass rates In general everyone has more potential than they use. The expectation is that if you complete all elements of the program you will be successful and pass the course. Course tutors (and any course assistants) are there to support you through the course and monitor your improvement. You will be provided with appropriate feedback that highlights areas for potential improvement in order to ensure you successfully complete of the program.
Attendance and fees You are expected to attend all course dates and to pay all fees promptly. Failure to do so may result in a delay to your graduation. Advanced Training Please be aware that admittance on to subsequent advanced training and intermediate CPD workshops and seminars is not automatic but is strictly by invitation only.
Conduct & Behaviour Course tutors reserve the right to exclude any participant from the training program if their behaviour or conduct is regarded as unacceptable and/or negatively impacts on the learning experience of other participants. In the exceptional circumstance that a participant is asked to leave the course, a refund of any fees for the modules not attended will be given. There will be no refund for any modules attended.
